Virtual online survey:
In order to provide you with an offer for a move that is as accurate as possible and precisely tailored to your living situation, we want to get as detailed a picture as possible.
Therefore, we need to look at all moving items, access to the house, stairwell, elevator, tight quarters, etc.
For your personal comfort, we do not have to come to you, but would walk with you room by room in a video conference to get a picture of the volume of the belongings as well as the loading conditions.
To do this, you will need a smartphone or tablet that allows you to walk from room to room.
During this video inspection we record your removal goods, record the special features, for example, to the kitchen or your favorite items and thus calculate the total volume of your move. Only in this way we can calculate a binding offer.

In the next step you can select a video inspection date with time. You will receive an appointment confirmation by mail.
On the appointment itself, you will receive a link from us via SMS or mail at the agreed time. You click on this link and you are directly connected via video chat with our employee and the inspection begins.
